Women's Services & Community Service Classes

This class is cosponsored by the Childbirth Education Association(CEA).

This four week educational support group/class will help you connect with other parents, talk about your experiences, and learn helpful tools and resources to navigate the first few months after delivery. This class is geared toward parents who are less than four months postpartum. Babies welcome!

In our interactive classes you will discuss:

• Care of mom and baby in the first four months
• Physical changes after delivery
• Relationship changes with partner/friends/coworkers
• Transitioning back to work
• Postpartum mental wellness
• Newborn sleep in the first year

Only register the mother. She is encouraged to bring a partner with her. Babies are welcome!
