This is also a great opportunity to practice getting out of the house with your baby in a supportive environment. Come as you are, bring your questions, and connect with other parents navigating this new season.

Designed for parents who are less than four months postpartum, this participant-driven group focuses on the topics that matter most to you. We may explore:

  • Caring for mom and baby
  • Physical and emotional changes after delivery
  • Postpartum mental wellness
  • Changes in relationships
  • Getting out of the house and adjusting to life with a new baby
  • Transitioning back to work
  • Newborn sleep
  • Helpful resources and support

Babies and partners are welcome!

Topics will be based on participant interest, so not every topic will be covered at every session.
