Good Samaritan - Cesarean Delivery Class - 09/14/26

This class is cosponsored by the Childbirth Education Association (CEA) and is free with registration of a CEA childbirth class.
This 90 minute class prepares you for either a scheduled or unplanned cesarean birth. This class explores the reasons for a cesarean birth and what to expect before, during and after birth.
Only register the expectant mother. She is encouraged to bring a birthing partner with her.
Stepping On Fall Prevention Blue Ash FD - 09/15/2026

TriHealth guest experts (Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Vision Specialist) help attendees:
- Learn about simple and fun balance and strength training
- Learn about how medications can contribute to falls
- Learn how to eliminate fall hazards in your home
- Learn ways to keep from falling when out in the community
- Understand the role that vision plays in balance
- Understand the importance of vitamin D and calcium in protection against fall injuries
Good Samaritan Maternity Tour - 09/15/26

During these group sessions, you will be introduced to the maternity services available at Good Samaritan Hospital and discuss what to expect during your stay. The tour includes the areas of Labor and Delivery and Postpartum of each hospital. With these general tours there will be no visit to the Newborn Intensive Care Unit at Good Samaritan.
DO NOT ADD YOUR PARTNER, ONLY YOURSELF. Enroll the expectant Mother only, each registration reserves a spot for her and 1 support person. The tour will meet and start in the Dixmyth Lobby.
This tour is appropriate for adults only, NO CHILDREN will be permitted in these tours.
Please plan for the tour to take 1.5 hours.

TotSaver - Bethesda North - 09/17/26

This program teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques from the American Heart Association (AHA). It is designed to teach you how to recognize medical emergencies, seek emergency assistance for the infant, child, and adult in your life, and how to perform CPR. A CPR manual is included. Follows AHA guidelines.
**Each person in attendance must pre-register separately. Those arriving for class who are not registered may not be able to attend.
CEA One-Day Condensed Childbirth - Good Samaritan - 09/19/2026

Do you want information about labor and delivery but are short on time? This class provides the information in a condensed format. In our interactive classes you will learn:
- Prenatal and infant nutrition
- How to know when you are in labor
- What will happen in the hospital?
- Comfort techniques to cope with labor and ways your coach can help.
- What your options are concerning medication and other interventions
- What you can expect after delivery for you and your baby
A Tour IS NOT included in this class.
