CEA Breastfeeding Good Samaritan - 12/16/25

This class is cosponsored by the Childbirth Education Association (CEA) and is free with registration for a CEA childbirth Class.
All instructors are IBCLC‘s(International Board Certified Lactation Consultants) or CLC‘s (Certified Lactation Counselors) Although breastfeeding is a natural experience for mom and baby, it is a learned skill. Your birth partner is encouraged to attend this class with you. Together you will learn:
- How to recognize if the baby has a good latch
- How to know if the baby is getting enough milk
- Where to find help for breastfeeding concerns
- Tips for returning to work or school
Only register the expectant mother. She is encouraged to bring a birthing partner with her.
Good Samaritan TriHealth All-Day Childbirth - 12/20/25

The content of this one-day class is designed to prepare you for your labor and delivery. This course uses education material that is interactive and covers essential information on anatomy, labor, medical procedures, comfort techniques, newborns, postpartum and much more. The class discusses ways partners can help throughout the process. There are interactive activities in the class material, such as videos, animations, and much more. You’ll also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch birth stories. You will also receive a maternity tour as part of this class. Lunch is not included.
Only register the expectant mother. She is encouraged to bring a birthing partner with her.

TotSaver - Good Samaritan - 12/27/25

This program teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques from the American Heart Association (AHA). It is designed to teach you how to recognize medical emergencies, seek emergency assistance for the infant, child, and adult in your life, and how to perform CPR. A CPR manual is included. Follows AHA guidelines.
**Each person in attendance must pre-register separately. Those arriving for class who are not registered may not be able to attend.
Stepping On Fall Prevention TriHealth Twin Lakes - 01/08/26

TriHealth guest experts (Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Vision Specialist) help attendees:
- Learn about simple and fun balance and strength training
- Learn about how medications can contribute to falls
- Learn how to eliminate fall hazards in your home
- Learn ways to keep from falling when out in the community
- Understand the role that vision plays in balance
- Understand the importance of vitamin D and calcium in protection against fall injuries
Tai Chi for Health - TriHealth Pavilion - 04/02/2026

This series will be taught by a certified Tai Chi for Health Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist. Tai Chi for Health can be done seated or standing.

- Increase your leg strength through low impact exercises

- Increase your flexibility through a series of slow movements and deep breathing
